Walter Clark Obituary

Revere Walter D. Clark, 65 of Revere died on August 4, 2008 at his home after a period of failing health. He was born in Medford, son of Charles J. and Margaret (McDonald) Clark and was raised and educated there graduating from Medford High School. Walter was an Army veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a member of the Commanders Club of the D.A.V. and the Malden Veterans of Irish Ancestry Association. He is survived by his children, John W. Clark of Lowell, Gregory P. Clark of Tyngsboro, Christopher J. Clark of N. Billerica and Joshua J. Clark of Rockland. Also surviving are his siblings, Edward Clark of Stoneham, James Clark of Melrose, Lawrence Clark of NH, David Clark of Falmouth, Margaret Perlupo of Dracut and Lorraine Lawrence of Falmouth as well as several grandchildren and nieces and nephews. Calling hours will be held in the Magoun-Biggins Funeral Home, 135 Union Street ROCKLAND on Thursday from 6-8 p.m. Graveside Services with Military Honors will be on Friday at 11:30 a.m. in the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne. Uncle Walter had a lot of family that loved him very much. We didn't get to see a lot of him but when he did appear, we were thrilled to visit with him. He was especially kind to his many nieces and nephews when we were growing up.
My prayers and thanks go to his children and others who took care of him during his illness

Walter was one of my favorite uncles. I am so sorry he is gone..I will miss his card at Christmas as I will miss him and the chance to talk to him once more.. I am glad he is no longer suffering... R.I.P Uncle walter..
