George J. Hodgdon

Quincy George J. Hodgdon, of Quincy, passed away at home on Sunday, August 10, 2008 at age 84. Born in Boston where he was raised and educated, he lived many years in Weymouth and Plymouth, and for the past 9 years in Quincy. A WWII vet of the Army Air Corps, George retired from Polaroid where he worked as a mechanic for 25 years. The beloved husband of the late Mary Elizabeth (Kelcourse) Hodgdon, he is the beloved father of William Hodgdon of Quincy and Mary Theresa Harris. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Joseph's Church, Quincy Point on Thursday, August 14 at 10:00 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours are omitted.
