Elaine, my dearest friend in the world; my sincerest and most heartfelt condolences to you and the family on the death of our wonderful, loving Elizabeth (Betty, Liz). She has always been the most caring and intelligent big sister ever. We all have such wonderful, joyful, loving memories of her that will stay with us always.
