Chris Christo Obituary

Quincy Chris L. Christo, died in Quincy, August 12, after a brief illness. Resident of Quincy for over 48 years. Mr. Christo was retired carpenter with local 33, Late member of sons of St. John. Late member of the Albanian American Veterans Organization Mr. Christo served in the Army during the Korean War. He is survived by his wife Catherine (Elias) Christo. Three sons, Gary J. and his wife Susan Christo of Arlington, Stephen M. and his wife Mary Christo of Quincy and Brian T. and his wife Nancy Christo of Weymouth. Greatest Papa to Jamie and Lenny, Jaclyn, Andrew, Melanie, Paige and Brian Thomas, Father-in-law of Robin Christo; Uncle of Cynthia Madden, Rachel, Caroline and Matthew Elias and the late William Adams. Brother of the late Christine Adams. Funeral Service will be held at St. John the Baptist Albanian Orthodox Church, 410 W. Broadway, South Boston, Saturday at 11:00 a.m. with Rev. John Scollard, Officiating. Visiting hours at the Hamel, Wickens & Troupe Funeral Home, 26 Adams St., Quincy, MA, Friday 4:00 - 8:00 p.m. Expressions of sympathy may be made in Chris' memory to St. John the Baptist Church, 143 Dorchester St., P.O.
