Shirley Canevazzi Obituary

Plymouth Shirley L. Canevazzi (Howes) passed away peacefully at the age of 80 at Radius Healthcare Center in Plymouth. She was the beloved wife of the late John P. Canevazzi and is survived by her loving sons Alan and Robert both of Plymouth. She also leaves her brother Alfred G. Howes.of Yarmouth, her sisters Dorothy Hughes of Rye, NH and G. Elizabeth Anderson of Plymouth. Daughter-in-law of Paulette Canevazzi of Plymouth and grandchildren Andrea Canevazzi of Plymouth and Adam Canevazzi of Methesda, MD. She was the beloved mother of John Jackie and brother of Leonard Gus E. Howes. Shirley graduated from Norwell High School, class of 1946 and has lived in Plymouth since 1947. She was a telephone operator, worked for 23 years at Canevazzis Market with her husband and also worked as a switch board operator at Plymouth town hall. She was an avid golfer and enjoyed painting landscapes and seascapes. A funeral service will be held on Monday, August 18th at the Richard Davis Funeral Home, 373 Court St (Rt 3A), N. Plymouth at 10 AM followed by burial at Vine Hills Cemetery. Visiting hours will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, August 17th from 4 to 7 PM.
