Diane Kelley-Marchesini Obituary

Quincy Diane T. Kelley-Marchesini, age 48, formerly of South Boston and Stoughton, at Quincy Medical Center on August 17, 200, wife of Armelindo Marchesini of Bridgewater. Devoted mother of Elena M. Kelley of Quincy. Beloved daughter of Dennis Kelley of Weymouth and the late Joan (DaCosta) Kelley. Beloved sister of Gladys Collins of Middleboro, Jo'Ann Newton of Florida, Daniel Kelley of North Carolina, and Arlene Chisholm of Stoughton. Also survived by her best friend, Julie Moore, 9 nieces and nephews, and 2 great-nephews Memorial Services on Wednesday, August 20 at Castle Island, South Boston at 4:30 pm. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to gather on the beach at the Sugar Bowl. If desired, donations may be made in her memory to the First Church of Wicca, P.O. Box 1761, Duxbury, MA 02331 or to the American Heart Association, 20 Speen St., Framingham, MA 01701. Arrangements by the Clancy-Lucid Funeral Home, Weymouth.

Diane, my sister, my friend, I miss you so much and I hope to see you in Heaven one day! To all my family, please know I love you all unconditionally. To Elena, I will always be there for you hon. To Julie thank you for being so supportive of Diane and now Elena.

My severe condolences go out to all of Dianes family & friends. I worked with Diane for a long time and she was one of the happiest, funniest people I ever met. She was known for her laugh, as it made everyone else laugh. Rest in peace !

Dennis, Gladys, Jo'Ann, Danny and Arlene. I cannot imagine your pain to be experiencing the loss of your daughter, your sister, a friend. Diane is at peace and with her mom, her nanny and grampy. My prayers and love go out to all of you.
