James Brannum Obituary

Marshfield James R. Jim Brannum, of Marshfield, died August 21 at the Beth Israel Hospital, Boston, 57 years old. Dear son of Harriet (Johnson) Brannum of Marshfield and the late Robert W. Brannum. Brother of Daniel I. Brannum of Marshfield, William H. Brannum of Florida, Dorcas Hanna of VT, Katherine Brannum of Florida and the late Deborah Brannum. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Jim was born in Lansing, Michigan, graduated from Mt. Vernon High School, Ohio and attended Ohio State University. He was retired from the Marshfield Water Department. Jim also was a lobsterman. Memorial service on Tuesday, August 26, at the Marshfield United Methodist Church, 185 Plain St., Rte. 139, Marshfield at 10:30 a.m. Funeral arrangements by MacDonald Funeral Home, 1755 Ocean St., Rte. 139, Marshfield.
