Pauline Sluben Obituary

Plymouth Pauline Louise Sluben, of Plymouth, formerly of Arlington, August 28, Pauline L. (Grainger) beloved wife of the late S. Joseph Sluben retired of the Army Corp. of Engineers. Loving mother of Maureen L. MacKenzie and her husband Bill of Plymouth and Richard J. Sluben of West Stewart Town, N.H., Grandmother of John McKenzie and his wife Brenda, Beth and her husband Dennis McCarthy, Karen and her husband Rick Rosania, William and his wife Laureen Sluben and Richard Sluben Jr. also survived by 7 great-grandchildren. Born in Boston July 9, 1911 a daughter of the late George and Harriet (Cohene) Grainger. Graduate of Watertown High School and the Museum school of Fine Arts. Worked at Radio Station WNAC in the Music Library. Member of the Guild of Catholic Charities where she volunteered for 10 years, and member of the Bonnie Seniors. Funeral from the Cartmell Funeral Home 150 Court St. Plymouth on SAT. at 9:00 a.m. followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Bonaventure Church Manomet at 10:00 a.m. Burial in Manomet Cemetery.
