Dear Patti & Welch Family~ You were all such a big part of my childhood, I am so sorry for your loss. Your dad was such a large and strong presense on Priscilla Beach... and will always be. To the Entire Welch Family - Your father was a gift, a gift that lives on in each and every one of you. You are all a direct reflection of the wonderful, kind, generous and compassionate man he was. The door was always open at the Welch’s, and always a laugh to be had for sure. What a great job he did – what a wonderful father, grandfather and a friend to all. Dear Welch Family,
Priscilla Beach will miss the quiet generosity, passionate Patriotism, and warm laughter of your Dad, of your Bubby. All of those who loved him are now stunned with the tragic passing of his cherished "Timmy". Hold onto each other and know that all of us surround you with prayers and caring. Several nights we were at dinner with your Dad and Pat at Mom and Dad's, and your Dad was so proud of his family. He was just plain fun!

Dad, I will be forever trying to be the man & father that you have been. I have a large void in my life without you here, but have many good memories to look back on.
