Theresa Mandeville Obituary

Theresa A. Mandeville BROCKTON Theresa A. (Caruso) Mandeville, 77, of Brockton, formerly of Easton and Bridgewater, loved by everyone who knew her, died Wednesday, September 24, in the Kindred Northeast Specialty Hospital, after a period of failing health. She was the wife of the late Richard A. Mandeville. She was born and educated in Brockton, daughter of the late James and Victoria (Stankevitz) Caruso. Theresa was a graduate of Brockton High School Class of 1949 and had monthly dinners with her group of girlfriends from High School for over fifty years. She was also a graduate of Aviation Training School in 1950. In her early years, she worked at the Alden Products of Brockton and the Easton Public School System. She retired from the Town of Easton, where she worked as the secretary for the Council of Aging and Recreation Departments for many years. Theresa was a member of the Easton Garden Club and enjoyed painting and traveling. She was the devoted mother of Joyce Ferreira and her husband Rick of Taunton, James Mandeville and his wife Sheila of Bridgewater, Diane Beddia and her husband Scott of East Bridgewater and Richard Mandeville and his wife Deborah of Colorado, proud grandmother of Ryan and Kevin Mandeville of Bridgewater, Jamie McMahon of Pembroke, Nicole, Danielle and Timothy Beddia of East Bridgewater and Jack Mandeville of Colorado, loving sister of Constantino Caruso of Holbrook, Frances Santilli of East Bridgewater and Janet Fountain of Brockton. Her funeral service will be held Monday, September 29th at 8:00 a.m. from the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rt. 58 at the rotary) Whitman, followed by a funeral mass at 9:00 a.m. in the St. Thomas Aquinas Church, Bridgewater, MA. Interment will follow in the Calvary Cemetery, Brockton, MA. Visitation will be held in the Blanchard Funeral Chapel, Plymouth Street (Rt. 58 at the rotary) Whitman, Sunday September 28th from 3:00-7:00 p.m. Family and friends are invited back to a reception at Camerons on the Green at Ridder Country Club in Whitman, after the burial to celebrate Theresas life. Diane and family,
