Elizabeth Marotta Obituary

CANTON Elizabeth Mary Dee (DAmico) of Canton, formerly of Randolph and Watertown, after a lengthy illness, at the age of 55, September 25th, 2008. Beloved wife of Joseph W. Marotta Jr. Daughter of the late Ralph E. DAmico Sr. and Mary G. (Arone) DAmico. Devoted sister of Ralph E. DAmico Jr. of Winchester and Donna M. Marra and her husband Benjamin of Lynnfield. Dear Aunt of Julee Marra and Michael Marra both of Lynnfield, Maria, David and Joseph DAmico all of Winchester, Matthew Earley of Norfolk and many other nieces and nephews. Reposing at the Cartwright Funeral Home, 419 No. Main Street,( Rte 28), Randolph until 9:00 a.m. on Monday followed by a Funeral Mass at 10:00 a.m. in St. Bernadette Church, Randolph. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 2:00 - 4:00 & 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. Burial in Canton Corner Cemetery, Canton. Memorial contributions may be made to Dana Farber Cancer Institute, C/O G.I. Research/Dr. Enzinger, 44 Binney Street, D-1220, Boston, MA 02114. Dee grew up in Watertown and graduated from Watertown High School Class of 1970. She also attended the School of Fashion Design of Boston and Bentley College. She was a General Partner of Dee Development Co., Watertown. Member of the Blue Hills C.C., Canton.
