Dorothy Silenzi Obituary

KINGSTON Dorothy (Purpura) Silenzi, died on September 26, 2008 at the Jordan Hospital in Plymouth at the age of 86. She was the wife of the late Victor J. Silenzi. Mother of Victor Silenzi of Hull, Carol Silenzi of Kingston, Robert Silenzi of N. Attleboro, David Silenzi of Halifax, Guy Silenzi and his wife Phyllis of Halifax. Grandmother of Michael Duffy and his wife April, Jessica Whalen, Richard Silenzi, Daniel Silenzi, Mark Silenzi and Robert Silenzi. Great-grandmother of Briana and Stephanie Duffy. Calling Hours will be held on Tuesday, September 30, 2008 from 4 - 8 p.m. at the Shepherd Funeral Home, 216 Main St., (Rt. 106) Kingston. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, October 1, 2008 at the funeral home at 10 a.m., followed by a burial at Mt. Wollaston Cemetery in Quincy. Donations can be made to the American Diabetes Assoc., 7 Washington Sq., Albany, NY 10005. For online condolences, plese go to www.shepherdfuneralhome.com.

Dear Silenzi Family -
We will truly miss Aunt Dot
She was awesome :)
We are truly blessed to have known and loved her. She was a very giving and unselfish woman who has effected so many lives. May God Bless her and your family. All of our thoughts and prayers are with you.
