Kathy was best friend to my sister-in-law Susan O'Neal. I met Kathy about 16 years ago at a family function and felt very warmed by her personality. She was always genuinely interested in hearing about what you were doing and your children. I was so sad to hear of her passing and know that she will be dearly missed by my husband's family. I know how much she meant to all of them and the many others touched by her. God bless you Kathy.

I was so sorry to hear of Ms. Viera as she was always to me. She taught my daughter and son at Federal Furnace and she was the type of teacher you always remembered and cherished. I later saw her often at the Yacht Club. She was a terrific person and my children were so lucky to have her in their lives.

Kathy was always smiling and giggling and brought sunshine wherever she was. She was a great friend in high school. Eventhough I attended a different school, we always hung out and had a great time.
My deepest condolences to the whole family. She will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Kathy taught my nieces and nephew @ Federal Furnace elementary school and my nephew thought she was the greatest teacher. Kathy gave him a nickname that was perfect for him. I didn't know Kathy personally but my sister knew her well and spoke so highly of her I feel like I did know her. My sister, nephew and nieces were very upset to hear of her passing.
I send my deepest condolences as she was taken so young and in the prime of her life.
