Ann Tully Obituary

WEYMOUTH Ann E. Tully, 62, of Berkeley, California, formerly of Rockland and Mashpee, a retired administrator from the Lawrence Berkeley Laboratory, died Friday, October 17, at her home from lung cancer while surrounded by friends and family. She was an avid Red Sox fan and delighted seeing them win the world championships. Born in Dorchester, she was raised in St. Matthews Parish until sixth grade. She moved to Rockland and attended Holy Family School. She is a graduate of Cardinal Spellman High School. She was educated at Boston State College and continued her education at the University of San Francisco. She is the daughter of Eleanor A. Tully and the late Robert M Tully: two brothers, Robert M. Tully of New Hampshire and Kenneth J. Tully of Rockland, and a sister Mary E.Tully of Weymouth, two nieces and two nephews and one great nephew and one great niece. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated at 10:00 a.m. Saturday at the Church of Saint Francis Xavier, 261 Pleasant Street, South Weymouth. Donations may be made to Hospice of South Shore, 100 Bay State Drive, P.O Box 859060, Braintree, MA 02185 or MSPCA Angel, 350 South Huntington Ave, Boston, MA 02130.
