Richard Hatch Obituary

FLORIDA Richard A. Hatch, Jr., 70, of Melbourne, FL passed away Tuesday, October 28, 2008 at his home. He was born in Quincy, MA and graduated from Braintree High School. He moved to Florida in 1976. He was involved in the construction trade for 40 years and was a construction superintendent the last 20 years. He is survived by his second wife, Sondra L. Conn whom he was with for 32 years; his step daughter, Heather Mathews and husband Rod; his children from his first marriage, Steven, Lauren and James; and five grandchildren; his mother, Olga J. Hatch and friend Gene Markarian; his brother, David and his wife Linda; brother, Robert and his wife Kris; brother, Art and his wife Janette; sisters, Jo Madden and Fran Ross. He is also survived by three nieces and seven nephews. He was preceded in death by his father, Richard A. Hatch, Sr. and first wife Susan Hatch. He was a loving person and will be sorely missed. There will be no Services, and his ashes will eventually be scattered at sea. Arrangements for cremation will be by Davis-Seawinds Funeral Home.
