To Phil's family: On behalf of the East Weymouth Congregational Church, I would like to express our sincere sorrow and condolences at Phil's tragic passing. Phil's mom was a beloved member of our congregation for a long time, and we still miss Doris terribly. As part of our extended church family, know that you all are in our thoughts and we pray that Phil is at peace in the loving embrace of God. May God bless you all.

My memories with Phil
I will never forget the times at O'Rourkes especially when someone dared you to dance for 20 bucks-you did. Our drive to NH with Michael, Irene and me. Our times fishing at stoddard. Thirty years of memories I just can't list them all.
I will miss you I know you will not be waiting in the driveway for Michael to come home anymore. But you will always be in my thoughts. Love you Sharyn

Egerton family I know how hard it is to lose a close family member. My thoughts and my familys are with you. We wish you find comfort among each other in this tuff time.
A few thoughts i came accross during my times.
Tell me not, in mournful numbers,

and things are not what they seem.
Life is real! Life is earnest!

A brief candle; both ends burning

we are all a part of everything
the future, present and the past

God saw you were getting tired
And a cure was not to be
So he put his arms around you

With tearful eyes we somehow knew
And felt you pass away
Although we loved you dearly
We could not make you stay
A golden heart stopped beating
Hard working hands at rest
God broke our hearts to prove to us
Things happen for a reason and he only takes the best.

Dear brother my fondest memory of you is playing butterflies with our robes as wings when we were so young and had no cares. You will always be in my heart as you always have been. Well it has been a little over 24 hours since our sister called to tell me you were killed in an car accident. I still can't believe it. I hope all your pain is gone now. Thank you Marion for making the last years of my brothers life happy ones. Say hi to Ma for me. I love you brother. I will see you again when it is my time to join you and ma.

It has been less than 24 hours since our sister called me to tell me you had been in an accident. It is still hard to beleive. You have beenthrough so much in you life. I hope you are at peace now.
