dearest Shirley:
i am so saddened to hear of Walter's passing. I have so many happy memories of our childhood together....the trip to the 1964 World's Fair is one of my fondest. Although it has been many years, I still think of you often. Please be strong and may your family and friends help you during this time.

You will not be forgotten. We will miss you dearly. Heather and family, my deepest sympathies and love go out to you. I know you will be strong! Every September as we go apple picking, we will think of Walter and symbolize an apple in his honor. God Bless you all.
