Walter T. Colbert WINDHAM, NH Walter T. Colbert, 49, of Windham, NH, died at home Tuesday after a courageous battle with cancer. Walter grew up and was educated in Connecticut, graduating from Morgan High School in Clinton, CT. He received his BS in Business Management from Bentley College. Walter was a Software Support Specialist employed at IRI in Waltham, MA. He was also a realtor with Pater Real Estate Management Co. in Derry, NH. Walter collected coins and stamps and loved working in his yard and had a talent for carpentry and masonry projects. He especially loved spending time with his family. He was predeceased by his father John C. Colbert. Survived by his Wife: Heather (Brown) Colbert of Windham, NH. Daughters: Stephanie and Carolyn Colbert of Windham, NH. Mother and Stepfather: Shirley (Rutty) and Bernard Bowie of Hampstead, NH. Brothers-in-law: Tommy and his wife Lonnette Brown of MN. Jimmy and his wife Jo-Ann Brown of ID. Sisters-in-law: Laurie and her husband John Aboltin of Sandwich, MA, Holly-Beth and her husband Bill Ruggerio of Plymouth, MA and thirteen nieces and nephews, 1 great-niece. Calling hours are Sunday from 3-7 p.m. at Douglas & Johnson Funeral Home, 214 Main St., Salem, NH. A Funeral Mass will be held Monday at 11:00 a.m. at St. Matthew Church in Windham, NH.
