Elsie Skaff Obituary

Elsie Skaff BROCKTON Elsie (Diehl) Skaff, 69, of Brockton since 1965, died Nov. 20, 2008. Native of Pennsylvania, she was the daughter of Katherine Diehl of Pennsylvania and the late Frank Diehl. She served in the U.S. Navy during peacetime and met her husband and married in Maryland before coming to Quincy for a few years. Elsie was a floral designer, enjoyed politics, flower arranging and gardening and was a past member of the Democratic State Committee and Lebanese Club Ladies Auxiliary. She was the beloved wife of Ramon Skaff Sr., loving mother of Christine Skaff of Bourne, Marie Strickland of Florida, John Skaff of Brockton, Michael Skaff of Quincy, Joseph Skaff of Brockton and the late Ramon Skaff Jr. and devoted grandmother of Steven Skaff.
