Dear Muriel and Family, please accept our most sincere condolences. I know, Muriel, how close you both were and how much you’re feeling the loss. I often think of our days at NFPA -- wish we could go back. I was at Brigham & Women’s when Tom was there, but never got to make the contact. Please take care – you have a wonderful family supporting you.

To the McArdle Family,

"Always a silent heartache,
Many a silent tear;
Always a beautiful memory
Of the one we loved so dear.

Give us strength to bear it
And the courage to face the blow;
But what it meant to lose you,
No one will ever know."
