Dear Charlene, Megan and Brian,
It's so sad to hear of Stephen's death. You know we were birthday twins. You know all the jokes and teasing we shared "over the fence". All that knew him will miss his laugh and humor. He was one of a kind :)
Love Sally, Erika, Doug and Paul too.

What great times we had on those
cycling caravan adventures! Steve's
sparkle and good heart carried us all through the greatest US Tour, the

I cannot even fathom the notion that you are no longer here. So many good and fun memories flood my mind; the work encounters, the biking experiences, the jokes, the laughter, the guidance when I needed it. In your unassuming way, you've left an imprint that will never fade. My thoughts go out to Charlene, Brian and Megan. What a truly wonderful love story. Ok, I can hear you now...stop getting all mushy on me! Take care my friend.

Be Still
Be still like the grass on a melancholy summer day
Be still like desert shrub.
Be calm and you will hear your loved one speak, in the stillness, in the calm, their love resounds.
If you are still this promise I make, you will hear the voice of your loved one helping you along your way.

Steve.....I have such fond memories of when you were my "back door" neighbor bringing us bags of various things from your garden!! How we would laugh at the "back door" expression! You always took the time to ask about my boys and showed an interest in them right up thru their adulthood! Such happy memories,Steve,I just had to write about them. God Bless
