Rosie
Alden and I are thinking of you as you lay your dear Mother to rest. It is very hard to let them leave you in their earthly life. Judging from the guests that have written notes to you it seems that you must be very much like your Mother was! Full of life, fun, and energy! You were very lucky to have had her all of these years! God be near you during this Holiday.

Aunt Mary was a very warm and caring person who always sent various holiday cards to my son with a gift inside. She was a very wonderful lady and we'll miss her a lot.

We will miss you very much Nana. You have touched our lives with laughter, jokes, your clothes, and your kind heart. Kelsey will always remember you watching her and playing in your kitchen with the pots and pans. Since we are out of state and cannot be there today, we have dedicated this week to Nana and each day we will be eating foods she loved to eat. So far, we have had pasta and hot dogs and potatoes. Tonights meal will be Salami sandwiches on white bread with Mayo and sliced cucumbers on the side.

I have so many wonderful memories of Aunt Mary, having lived next door my entire childhood. Me and Phil would always go to her door for popcicles ( I would knock and he would ask, or the other way around). I also worked with her at Basile's during my teenage years.

To the Carlino Family
I am so sorry to hear of Mary's passing. I remember we used to wait for the bus behind her house and she'd yell at us to stay off the wall and not to lean on the car but we knew she'd help us in a minute if we needed it. One day she gave us each a bag of cookies for our lunch boxes!

Everyone loved Aunt Mary. She will be remembered definitely for her sense of humor. I remember the dance she did at all our weddings and how she always had us laughing when we were working at Basile's. She was always kind to everyone and always helped people in need. I will miss her very much.

I have such fond memories of Aunt Mary. When I was growing up, she would often yell up the street to me to get my attention. You could hear her thoughout the neighborhood. I even had an opportunity to work with her during my teenage years (what a tough lady). She was always warm and friendly to all of us who grew up in the neighborhood. I regret that it has been quite a while since I had seen her.
