Dear Brenda, Maria and all of Doris's family, I just learned of Doris's passing today. I am so sorry for all of you, as I know how devoted you all were to her and how devoted she was to you. She will always hold a special place in my heart, as she was one of my first patients and we had a special bond. Try to remember how much she loved you all and let that courageous spirit of Doris 's live in all of you. It will surely carry you thru some of these difficult moments. I'll miss her and think of you all.

Maria & Brenda - My deepest sympathies to you and your family ---so sad to hear this news.
Doris was a kind, loving and caring person with a remarkable sense of humor and will be missed.
Remember, she is now in another good place sharing her love of life and, as was always Doris, the center of funny conversation yet an unwavering commitment to her family, co-workers and friends.
Please let me know if there is anything I can do to help during this difficult time. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family.
I will light a candle tonight in memory of your mother.
Best Regards,

Brenda, Maria and family. I am so very sorry for your loss. Your mother was truly a beautiful woman. She will be missed. She was always full of fun and made everyone she met feel at home. My mother, Josephine, loved working with her and spoke of her many times until she passed in 2006. I feel comforted knowing that they are together and they are smiling down on all of us. Please know that I will continue to think of your mother every year when I take out my Christmas ornaments. I have a Santa and a Snowman wooden egg set that I purchased when my mom and I attended a party at Doris’s home. I think of all the laughs we shared that evening. And, I will never forget all of those great bells and figurines! I will always remember Doris, her smile and the kindness she showed to all. Your mother was the best!
Sincerely,
Bob Kowalewski

Dear Friends and Family of Doris,
Doris was always my buddy and I cared for her tremendously - she treated me like a friend and I will always have great memories of hanging with Doris on the deck in Marshfield trying to get her to have a glass of whiskey with me.
Doris - you'll always be loved and remembered by me and my family - we'll miss you greatly.
