Dhooge family

Please accept my sympathies I knew Steve only a few years, he could always make me laugh. I have just learned of his death this week as I was out of town with my family. He always spoke of his family and and beamed of pride concerning his children, we often compared notes concerning our boys.

Sorry to hear the news of Stevie's death, he played shortstop on my Millstream Baseball Champs, the Twins in '66, along with his brother Gerard. Steve also played for my Pop Warner football team and was a double threat, running and passing for the Townfield Tigers in'67. Coach Dick Lehmann P.O. Box 220761 Dorchester, MA 02122

The world has lost a legend this week. I will never forget the memories I have had with Mr Dhooge. From the green team in JBL to him "quietly" adding his comments at WHS football games.
Mrs Dhooge, Mark, Matt, and Steve, I love you guys.

Paula and Family I was so saddened to hear what happened, and sorry for your loss. I just saw him at Louise Jacobsons wake..we talked of old times of Fields Cornor. I read his first book which was great, he told me the second one would be done shortly..he was getting a new publisher..he was so excited..He was always a great guy, and made friends easily, he will be dearly missed I'm sure. Again I'm sorry...to his entire family.
