Vincent Breen Obituary

Vincent C. Breen, Jr. Litchfield,NH Vincent Charles Vinnie Breen, Jr, 57, husband of Patricia Ann Moran-Breen, died unexpectedly Tuesday afternoon, October 23rd at Southern New Hampshire Medical Center in Nashua. Born in Boston, MA on April 2, 1950, Vinnie was a son of the late Vincent C. and Catherine (Jennings) Breen. A resident of Litchfield for the past 24 years, Mr. Breen previously resided in Pembroke, MA. Mr. Breen was a graduate of Catholic Memorial High School in West Roxbury, MA, Class of 1968 and earned a bachelor degree in Liberal Arts from Northeastern University in 1974. Vinnie began his career with Project Hire, where he taught electronics to the handicapped. He later worked at Lockheed-Sanders in Nashua and for the past 13 years, Vinnie has been a substitute teacher at Alvirne High School in Hudson and Campbell High School in Litchfield. In his leisure time, Vinnie enjoyed reading and outdoor sports. Members of his family include his wife, Patricia Ann Moran-Breen, with whom he celebrated their 31st wedding anniversary in June; a brother, Patrick H. Breen of Pembroke, MA; two sisters and a brother-in-law, Mary Breen and Catherine and John R. Dennis, all of Pembroke, MA.; also several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Calling hours will be held at the FARWELL FUNERAL HOME, 18 Lock Street, Nashua on Sunday afternoon from 1 to 4 p.m. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated in St. Christopher Church, 62 Manchester St., Nashua, Monday morning at 10 oclock. Family and friends are invited to attend and are asked to gather at the church. Interment will take place at St. Joseph Cemetery in West Roxbury, MA. Donations may be made in his memory to the Campbell High School Library, 1 Highlander Court, Litchfield, NH 03052. Arrangements are in the care of the FARWELL FUNERAL SERVICE, Nashua, NH.
