Marjorie M. Mitchell Quincy Marjorie M. (Dewey) Mitchell , age 93, of Quincy, died Monday, November 5, 2007 at the Cedar Hill Health Care Center in Randolph after a brief illness She was born in Quincy, raised and educated in Quincy schools. She graduated from Quincy High School. She had lived in Quincy for most of her life, previously living in Dorchester. Mrs. Mitchell was a homemaker. She was a longtime member of St. John the Baptist Parish in Quincy. Beloved wife of the late John J. Mitchell. Devoted mother of John J. Mitchell and his wife Rita of Marshfield and Marjorie M. Gray and her husband Thomas of Salem, NH. Loving grandmother of John J. Mitchell of Pembroke, James W. Mitchell of Arlington, Robyn V. Capone of Quincy and Kathryn Gray of San Diego, CA. Also survived by eight great- grandchildren. Funeral from the Sweeney Brother Home for Funerals, 1 Independence Ave., Quincy, Thursday, November 8, 2007 at 10:30 a.m. Funeral Mass in Saint John the Baptist Church, 44 School Street, Quincy at 11 o'clock. Relatives and friends are invited to attend. Visiting Thursday from 9:30-10:30 a.m. Interment Mount Calvary Cemetery, Boston. For those who wish, donations in Mrs. Mitchell's memory may be made to the American Diabetes Association, 330 Congress St., 5th Floor, Boston, MA 02210.
