Mark Goedecke Obituary

Mark H. Goedecke Kittery Mark H. Goedecke, 70, of Manson Ave. died Saturday, November 24, 2007, at his home. Mark was born January 31, 1937 in Hingham Massachusetts, the son of Mark and Marguerite (Ritter) Goedecke. He was a member of the Masonic Naval Lodge #184 A.F. & A.M., and the American Legion in both Waterville and Eliot, ME. Mark was very proud of his work as a sheet metalist and his involvement with Operation Blessing. Mark is survived by his loving wife, Dianne (Williams) Goedecke; 5 children: daughter, Darline, sons; Mark, Craig, James, and Steven; 12 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren: sisters, Pauline Hermanson of Broodsville, FL and Laura Ricci of Scituate, MA. He was predeceased by his brother Fred, and sisters Ruth & Grace. A Memorial Service will be held Monday, December 3rd at 1:00PM at Beechwood Congregational Church 51 Church St., Cohasset, MA 02025. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to Operation Blessing at 600A Lafayette Road Portsmouth, NH 03802-4069. Arrangements are entrusted to the J.S. Pelkey Funeral Home of Kittery Maine.
