Another year around the globe without you.
I miss you.
Then, and now.
Always.
Memories live forever...
In my mind, of you and me.
You will never be forgotten.
Fly with the angels my friend!

DEAR PATTY AND FAMILY:
I WAS SADDENED TO GET THE CALL THAT RENEE'S VALIANT STRUGGLE THESE PAST FEW YEARS HAD FINALLY COME TO CONCLUSION, BUT SURELY THERE IS GREAT COMFORT KNOWING THAT HER SUFFERING IS OVER AND THAT SHE IS, INDEED, AT PEACE AND AT REST IN A BEAUTIFUL SEASIDE LOCATION IN OUR TOWN OF HULL.
MAY HER MEMORY BE FOR A GREAT AND GOOD BLESSING FOR ALL OF YOU AND MAY YOU KNOW ONLY HAPPINESS,NOT SORROWS, FOR MANY YEARS TO COME.
WITH PROFOUND SYMPATHY AND GREAT UNDERSTANDING.

A Friend
December 2, 2007
My friend died today-
and I miss her-
She was very special-
she was my first
new
move in....
new school..
friend-...
We shared stories-
boyfriends....
and gossip!
We watched our babies grow....
and shared stories
of
"growing pains"
Sometimes....
we didn't talk
for months-
Then we remembered...
that special bond-
that friends have....
And we called one another
we visited together
we laughed~~~~
we talked-
we shared!!!!
Starting a new chapter
of our lives-
as always friends~~~~
I remember,
she would only eat salad,
with mozzarella cheese!
And "saucy subs" !!!!
She would laugh like no other-
kind of like a laugh,
in her voice,
always!
A sort of chuckle-
with a great big smile!
Funny,
how we remember such oddities
about our special
friends-
I miss her-
so much.
It makes me so sad-
I wonder if she remembered me
or ever thought of me, too...
or ever even realized
how special she was
to
me......
and others......
My friend died....
and
I
cried...
Forever...
my heart,
will hold a special spot
for my friend.
Reenie.
Peace.

At night....
after I've done it all right...
after I did all I could,
for everyone who needs me....
after the smiles I was forced to make come off
and the weariness hits, and I'm all alone.
That's when I'd find my self thinking of you the most.
That's when I stop thinking about the obstacles each new day brings....
And all hope falters, and
sadness fills my heart with such astounding force,
it takes my breath away.
In a few short hours the sun will be out
And I'll move like I'm supposed to move....
And make it look like I'm showing up for this life,
This life that took you all too soon....
and left me with the nights,
to remember you,
my forever friend-
I miss you...
at night....

We are deeply saddened by Reenie's passing and extend our heartfelt sympathy to all her family. Doreen touched everyone's life whoever had the gift to know her. A beautiful soul welcomed home into loving arms.
