Lillian Larson Obituary

Lillian Larson QUINCY Lillian Dorothy (Lindquist) Larson, age 94, passed away on Monday, December 3, 2007, at home. She was born in Somerville and resided in Quincy since 1954. She worked for Gilchrist's in Quincy. She was a member of the Viking Club- Stenkil Lodge #92 in Braintree, Union Steward for Gilchrist's Department Store, Quincy, and former member of the Norfolk County Labor Council. She was a member of Faith Lutheran Church, Quincy. She enjoyed knitting, crossword puzzles, and reading. She was the wife of the late Ernest Gottfrid Larson. Mother of Betty Ann Larson and her husband Frank Fowle of East Weymouth, and the late Richard Ernest Larson. Sister of Harold Lindquist of Braintree. Grandmother of Penny Larson of QuinQuincy. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, December 10, 2007, at 11:00 A.M. in the Faith Lutheran Church, 201 Granite St., Quincy. Burial will be private. Visiting hours will be Sunday, December 9, 2007, from 2:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M. and 7:00 P.M to 9:00 P.M. in the Hamel, Wickens & Troupe Funeral Home, 26 Adams Street, Quincy Center. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Lillian's memory to St. Francis House, 39 Boylston Street, Boston, MA 02116.
