Jane Playfoot Obituary
87, of Toccoa, GA, died Thursday, July 3, 2008, at the Clary Care Center, Toccoa. Born December 14, 1920 in Harrisburg, PA, she was a daughter of the late Lee and Martha May (Arnold) Ohrum. On September 10, 1945, she married Ralph Edward Playfoot, who predeceased her on November 18, 2006. Mrs. Playfoot was a member of the Toccoa First Baptist Church and was a homemaker. Surviving are a daughter, Ruth E. (Harvey) Hoffman, Toccoa, GA; a son, Dr. Donald E. (Lori) Playfoot, Mt. Joy, PA; and a granddaughter, Joy Playfoot (Andrew) Bundy, Elizabethtown, PA. Friends may call Wednesday, July 9, 2008 from 1:00 - 2:00 p.m. at the Hess Funeral Hom and Cremation Service, Collins Chapel, Galeton, PA. Funeral Services will follow at 2:00 p.m. with the Rev. Sam Bundy officiating. Interment will be in West Hill Cemetery, Galeton. Memorial contributions may be made to the Toccoa First Baptist Church, Toccoa, GA 30577.
