Linda, Tom, Jane, and all the rest of the Family;

Words can't express the sadness that we all feel after this shocking loss.
Tommy, we first knew each other from our Horseheads High School Homeroom Days, and we came back in contact with each other a month ago. I had such a great time catching up with you at that Great Rehearsal Dinner on the lake in Canandaigua. I'm so glad that I was able to get to know Ryan a little while playing a small part in that Wedding Weekend's fun. Never in a million years could we have known that we would soon be sharing yet another weekend together...this time for not so happy an event.
My short time with him allowed me to realize quite clearly that Ryan was a fine and caring young Man, Son, Grandson, Brother, Husband, Father, Firefighter, and simply enough....a true Friend to all who had the pleasure to know him. For all he became as a person, you should all be so very proud.
We'll never forget Ryan, because his Spirit will always live on with us all. May He Rest in Peace. Take Care...

I went to school with Ryan when we were just little kids and I remember him fondly. The skinny kid down the street with lots of freckles and a big smile. I did not know him as an adult, but I am sure he was a great man, wonderful father and husband. Honor and duty are the greatest legacy one person can leave behind. Some leave us as hero's. I am sure Ryan was all of that and more. My thoughts and prayers are with his family...

I'm sad to sign I did not get to know Ryan, however I was fortunate enough to know his work. He saved the life of my boyfriend after a horrible accident a couple of months ago. Without him, I'm sure the outcome would have been very different. From this I know that Ryan was an angel and that he will be greatly missed on this earth! My heart and prayers go out to all of his family and friends.

When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom-filled room.
Why cry for a soul set free?

Miss me a little--but not too long
And not with your head bowed low.
Remember the love that we once shared,
Miss me--but let me go.

For this is a journey that we all must take
And each must go alone.
It's all a part of the Master's plan,
A step on the road to home.

When you are lonely and sick of heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds.
Miss Me--But Let me Go!
