WATERS, Joan I.
Family and friends will be received on Friday, July 25, 2008, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Westinghouse Rd., Horseheads, NY at 5 p.m. for Joan's Memorial Service. Memorial contributions may be directed to Southern Tier Hospice, Chemung County SPCA or the charity of one's choice in her memory.
