Joan Waters Obituary
Family and friends will be received on Friday, July 25, 2008, at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Westinghouse Rd., Horseheads, NY at 5 p.m. for Joan's Memorial Service. Memorial contributions may be directed to Southern Tier Hospice, Chemung County SPCA or the charity of one's choice in her memory.

Bob, My prayers and thoughts are with you. I was surprised that Joan didn't like to cook, I remember when I was a young new rookie at HPD and you took me for lunch at the restaurant and I was impressed how good the meal was. Please take care. David
