Andrew Ames Obituary

AMES, Andrew L.
Of Gillett, PA, passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on July 21, 2008. He was born on July 22, 1952, the son of the late Fredrick and Betty Ames. He was taken from us too soon at the age of 55. He is survived by his loving wife of 33 years, Pamela; his son, Andrew Jr.; his daughter-in-law, Suzanne; and his grandson, Nathan of Tacoma, WA. He is also survived by his brothers, Fredrick (Laura) of Bethel, PA, John (Terri) of Sylvania, PA, and Robert (Jen) of Troy, PA; his sisters, Hazel and Pat of Canton; along with his many nieces and nephews. He had a great love for his garden, hunting, and the Philadelphia Eagles. He also enjoyed reading and watching westerns. Andrew will be forever in our hearts and always in our thoughts. Services will be private and at the convenience of the family. The Roberts Funeral Home, Inc., 279 Main Street, Wellsburg, NY, has been entrusted with the arrangements. A special thanks to the Arnot Ogden Medical Center and Falck Cancer Center for all their help. Send condolences at:
