A wonderful aunt... To think of her now, playing Euchre at 925, with gleam in her eye and a sly grin as she trumped her brother's or sister's ace... A joy to be near, to hear and to watch... Bless her and bless all the Steeds...

Uncle Francis, Bridget, Catherine, TC, Barb, and Mike, My prayers are with all of you. I have fond, fond, memories of my childhood, and of Elmira at Aunt Margaret's house. Boy, did we all have fun! Aunt Margaret was such a good, good person. I have to think that she is in heaven with my Mom, looking down at all of us smiling. I am crying as I write this as I picture the two of them in my mind. My sister Kris was thinking the same thing. I love all of you guys.

I can still see her at the kitchen table at 925, drinking a beer and extolling her words of wisdom to a new mother. She was always there for me and Melissa during those early years, babysitting when my regular sitter fell thru, hitting the donut shop for her daily coffee - so many wonderful memories, not only during my childhood but as an adult having the privilege of living at 925 for several years and really getting to know the Sullivan clan. She was definitely loved by many and will be sorely missed by us all. All my love, Jackie

Uncle Francis and family, My heart grieves with yours. Aunt Margaret is part of the fabric of my childhood. Visiting Elmira, playing with my cousins and getting to spend the night at the Steed's meant climbing to the top of the hill, catching salamanders in the creek, sleeping in the canopy bed and washing our hair with rain water. Aunt Margaret would line all of the girls up and bathe us in an assembly line. Her example of love, courage & strength coupled with a turn of phrase (Don't make waves) has touched all of us. We are blessed to be able to celebrate her life. God's peace. Love & Aloha, BabS
