Theresa Maki Obituary
Age 71, of Van Etten, NY, went home to be with the Lord on October 6, 2008. Theresa is survived by her loving husband of over 50 years, Fred Maki Sr; her children, Fred (Lynn) Maki, Jr., Deborah Russell, Jhan (Deanna) Maki and Pamela (Bradley) Thomas. A resident of Van Etten, NY, Theresa was devoted to her extended family which included many grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was a caring, kind and compassionate person who lived her life guided by her deep faith in God. Every day, she was inspired by Jesus and was committed to living her life through his teachings. This commitment was reflected in everything she did and was seen by everyone she touched. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Allen-Manzer Funeral Home in Spencer, NY, on Saturday, October 11, 2008, from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Funeral services will follow the visitation at 11 a.m. A reception celebrating her life will be held at the First Baptist Church of West Danby, NY at 1 p.m. Flowers are gratefully declined. Memorial donations may be made to a religious charity of your choosing. May God bless you and keep you safe - keep the flame burning.
