Steve Cushaney Obituary
Age 85, of Elmira, NY, formerly of Towanda, PA, passed away on Wednesday, October 8, 2008, at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center. He was born on September 8, 1923 in Laquin, PA to the late John and Anastasia (Kost) Cushaney. Survivors include his brother, Peter (Mildred Mansfield) Cushaney of Horseheads; nieces, Kathleen (Kenneth) Collins of Waverly, Rosemarie (Charles) Latshaw of Elmira, and Sheila (Robert) Burdick of NC; nephews, Joseph (Michelle) Vischansky of Elmira and Gary Cushaney of FL; along with several great-nieces and nephews. There will be no prior calling hours. Funeral services will be private to the family. Interment will take place in Woodlawn National Cemetery at the convenience of the family. Arrangements have been entrusted to the James D. Barrett Funeral Home.
