Romanta Woodford Obituary
Jeweler and Watchmaker
Age 92, of West Water Street, Elmira, passed away peacefully on October 25, 2007 at the Arnot Ogden Medical Center, Elmira, NY. Relatives and friends are invited to call at the Olthof Funeral Home on Monday, October 29, 2007, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:45 a.m. followed by a Masonic Service conducted by officers and members of Ivy Lodge #397, Elmira. His funeral service will follow at 11:00 a.m. Burial will take place in Maple Wood Cemetery, LaFayette, NY, following his funeral service. Those wishing to remember Mr. Woodford may do so through memorials to the North Presbyterian Church, 921 College Ave., Elmira, NY 14901. Those wishing may leave the family a "Candle of Remembrance" in Obituaries at www.olthof.com.

SORRY TO HEAR OF WOODY'S PASSING ON. HE WAS A REMARKABLE MAN AND WE WERE HAPPY TO BE PART OF HIS LIFE AND YOURS. HE TAUGHT ME A LOT OF THINGS I DID NOT KNOW AS A CITY BOY.
HE ALWAYS AMAZED ME AT WHAT HE WAS CAPABLE OF DOING. YOU WILL MISS HIM AND YOU WILL BE IN OUR PRAYERS.
