Dallas Noe Obituary

NOE, Dallas G. Jr.
Age 85, passed away peacefully, with his family with him, on December 7, 2007 at St. Joseph's Skilled Nursing Facility. Dallas was born on June 9, 1922 in Noble County, IN, a son to the late Dallas G. and Katie L. Becker Noe Sr. He graduated from Cromwell High School in Albion, IN, and International Business College in Ft. Wayne, IN. During WWII, he served in the Army Air Corps in North Africa and Italy. He moved to Shelby, OH in 1953, and was a thirty-two year employee of Shelby Business Forms. On November 10, 1957, he married Sandra K. Jones. After retirement, Dallas and his wife moved to Zephyrhills, FL in 1986. They relocated to the Elmira area in 2003 to be near their son and family. Dallas is survived by his wife of 50 years, Sandra Noe; son, Brian (Michele) Noe; and grandchildren, Lauren and Dallas, all of Horseheads. His sister, Mary B. Ramge predeceased Dallas. Local arrangements are entrusted to Sullivan's Funeral Home, 607-739-2035. Calling hours and Funeral Services will take place at Barkdull Funeral Home in Shelby, OH. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the National Parkinson's Foundation or the First Presbyterian Church of Shelby. The family wishes to thank Dr. Tim Baxter and the staffs of St. Joseph's SNF 5th Floor and Woodbrook Adult Home for his care over the last four years.
