I am so very sorry for your loss of Bill. Having grown up on Upton Avenue with the Powells and going to school with Bill, I have many wonderful memories. He was a great guy. You are in my thoughts and prayers.

Oh Bill, what can I say? We are going to miss you so much. By us, I mean your neighbors Don, Alan McAllister & the late Peggy..! You have been such a good neighbor to us, and we have had many good times over the fence. You will always be remembered by us as a wonderful and talented person. You could make us laugh, and make us wonder in aww with what you did to your home and your yard...Bill, you were a good friend, neighbor, and person anyone would want to have as thier neighbor..We will forever remember and miss you Bill!
