Emerson Bullard Obituary

Bullard, Emerson Morse, 95, of Boca Raton, FL died Monday, June 21, 2004 at Edgewater Pointe Estates in Boca Raton. He was born in Norwood, MA on July 9, 1908 to Ralph Emerson Bullard and Kate Olive Morse Bullard. Mr. Bullard was formerly from Denmark, ME and Cumberland, RI. He graduated from Bowden College in 1930 and received his MBA in 1932 from Harvard Business School. Mr. Bullard worked for Coats and Clark, Inc from 1932 to 1972 and retired as Vice President. He was a charter member of Lafayette Masonic Lodge, North Cumberland, RI and a longtime member of Denmark Congregational Church in Denmark, ME. He is survived by his daughter Beth B. Dailey of Lighthouse Pointe, FL and son John E. Bullard of Abilene, TX. He leaves 10 grandchildren and 11 great grand children. Emerson was preceded in death by his wife, Helen Marjorie Westaway, son Arthur Hartwell Bullard, daughter Martha "Pat" Lord, and son David Emerson Bullard. A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Saturday, June 26, 2004 at Edgewater Pointe Estates. Interment will take place on July 18, 2004 at Rural Cemetery in Walpole, MA. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Denmark Public Library, Denmark, ME 04022 or Edgewater Pointe Chapel, 23315 Blue Water Circle, Boca Raton, FL 33433. BABIONE FUNERAL HOME of Boca Raton is in charge of arrangements.
