Dear Family: I would like to express my condolences. Levi and my brother Bruce were very close and we all were friends and played together as children. I am sure we all had some great times together and he will be missed. May God Bless. Brenda Harrell, Germantown, Md.

Dear Family: Many years ago I met Levi as a patient. From the first day I met him I felt this bond with a very kind, sensitive and charming man.Through the years we would talk sports and he always had this warm smile which was so endearing. Whenever I called the Virginia Home and heard Levi's voice ,it would cheer me up. I will miss him alot. He was truly a real gentle man!!! Kenneth Olshansky,MD,Richmond,Va.

To the Collins Family,
I truly share in your grief today as Levi was truly the greatest friend anyone could have. His smile was everything and his wisdom kept you motivated. I enjoyed sharing him with all of you as he truly loved his family. I think often of the first time I met Levi in 1974 and a true, loving, lasting relationship grew from that day. I enjoyed the trips he and I took to Newport News and Hampton to see you all and remember how happy he was when Frances was living here. I am so thankful for him stepping in to be a surrogate father to my daughter and I will always cherish the great times we had when I would go to the home to visit him. His smile and laughter and the love of the Dallas Cowboys will be missed. I will miss his physical body, but he will forever live in my heart. May God give each of you the strength you need to make it through this dark and difficult time. But always remember God knows best and weeping may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning. Loving all of you as I did "our" brother.

Very sorry to hear about the passing of Levi. I had not seen Levi since High School but he was one of the guys that I have always remembered from my days at Huntington High School. His sister Ann will never know how I enjoyed the conversation we had and, she shared with me information about Levi, and that he was doing well.

Dear family and friends,
My deepest thoughts and prayers to you all. Levi was a terrific and thoughtful man. I will hold many memories of the times that we had. Levi, may you go now and play football for your Cowboys. Share with God your wonderful (ah-ca-ca) laugh and yell," Hey Wolf, watcha got to munch on over there." I could go on and on about the wonderful times we all spent together. Levi, all I can say is you will always hold a special place in all our hearts. Rest in peace and thanks for your friendship.
Love you man, Chuck

Dear family:
I am sorry to hear of your loss. I offer my sincere condolences to you. Psalms 46:1 is very encouraging. It reads: "God is for us a refuge and strength, a help that can readily be found during distresses."
