Leonard Kellison Obituary

KELLISON, Leonard C. "Buddy" Jr., left his family here on earth on August 21, 2008 to join his beloved wife of 46 years, Linda, to continue their dance of love and companionship. He will also join his father and mother, Leonard and Bessie Kellison; and beloved sister, Greta Jo Alexander. He leaves behind to cherish his memory his children, Debbie and David Bowen, Dean and Vicki Kellison, Kim Willis, and Dawn and Chuck Shell; his nine grandchildren, Heather, Joshua, Cole, Michael, Laci, Jared, Jesse, Dylan and Cannen; four great-grandchildren, Axel, Grace, Avery and Haley. A celebration of his life will be held at the Kellison homeplace at 11290 Winfrey Rd., Glen Allen, Va. 23059, on September 6, 2008 at 3 p.m. Donations can be made in his memory to St. Joseph's Villa, 8000 Brook Rd., Richmond, Va. 23227.

I am so sorry to hear about Buddy. Unfortunately, I just found out only recently. I really would like to talk to one of you, Debbie, Deanie or Dawn but especially Kim. Please email me if you happen to get this. God bless all of you. I'm sure Linda is elated to have him with her now.

Buddy was a wonderful smart man. You kids did a great job on the obituary. It made me start crying just to read it.
