FRARY, Robert S. "Duke" Sr., 51, passed away on August 24, 2008. A man full of love and devotion, he is survived by his wife of 24 years, Debbie; and their three children, Bobby, 21, Jimmy, 16, and Brandi, 13. A very patriotic man, he served in the U.S. Coast Guard, then as an exemplary Civil Servant for the U.S. Army at Fort Monmouth, N.J. After relocating his family to Richmond, Va., he landscaped before resuming service to the community as a laborer for Henrico County. A husband, father, brother, and true friend, he will be missed by all who knew him. A memorial service will be held 1 p.m. Saturday, September 6, in Dover Baptist Church, 935 Manakin Rd., by Rev. Brad Riendeau and family.
