LEWIS, Mrs. Nelzine, of Richmond, departed this life August 31, 2008. She was preceded in death by her husband, John S. Lewis. She is survived by one sister, Lillie Anderson; 10 nieces, six nephews, a host of cousins; one sister-in-law, Rachel Morse; and other relatives and friends. Remains rest at Joseph Jenkins Jr. Funeral Home, 2011 Grayland Avenue. Funeral services will be held Wednesday 1 p.m. at Riverview Baptist Church, 2604 Idlewood Avenue, where remains will lie in state one hour prior funeral time. Dr. Stephen Hewlett, pastor, officiating. Interment Riverview Cemetery. Family and friends assemble at the church 1 p.m. Wednesday. Online condolences can be made at www.jenkinsjr.com.
