BEVILACQUA, Tony III, 63, of Onancock, born in Manor, Pa., on December 5, 1944, passed away August 31, 2008. Tony was predeceased by his parents, Anthony Bevilacqua II and Vera Marie Irwin. Tony is survived by his devoted wife, Pat; son, Tony, his wife, Michelle, and their son, Anthony Bevilacqua V, of Snow Hill, Md.; his daughter, Anne-Marie McDonnell, her husband, Patrick, and their children, Joseph Gray and Katherine "Kate" Ayers of Ridgewood, N.J. He is also survived by his brothers, Bill Irwin and family of Ashburn, Va., Ed Irwin of Turtle Creek, Pa.; and his great friend, Dave Pula of Westfield, Mass. Tony served in the U.S. Air Force in Okinawa. He graduated with an accounting degree from American International College in Springfield, Mass. Tony retired from Technicarbon, Inc., after 30 years as one of the top sales representatives in the industry. He was founder of Midlothian Business Forms. Tony was a longtime resident of Midlothian, Va. Pat and Tony moved to Onancock, on Virginia's Eastern Shore, to pursue their love of the water, glorious sunsets, and the gift of love. He enjoyed fishing, cooking, traveling, his family, and sharing good times with friends. Tony battled kidney cancer for eight years, participated in drug trials, and pioneered new drugs. He fought with dignity and grace, and always encouraged others to fight this disease and to never lose hope. Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers over the years. Tony stayed with us far longer than anyone ever anticipated, and now that he is out of pain, we are going to celebrate the gentleman so loved by many. A memorial celebration will be held at the family's convenience. Memorial gifts can be made to Shore Cancer Center, 10085 William S. Bernart Cir., Nassawadox, Va. 23413. Memory tributes may be sent to the family at www.williamsfuneralhomes.com. Arrangements by the Williams-Onancock Funeral Home.
