Dear family,
I only knew Mr. Evanson for a short period, he used to come to our facility to work out. What I will miss about Bill is how personable he was! Always walking through the door with a smile and making your day with his wittiness. I am saddened by the thought of him never coming here again, he will be greatly missed by many.

I have very fond members of singing in the "Virginians" with Bill, and will never forget his "Country Parson" bit that he did in many of our shows. Men of his calibre are a rare breed indeed, and he will be sorely missed!

Dear Inge,
I was always behind Bill, literally, when he MC'd and sang with the Belles and Beaus at Nursing homes. I shall remember his witicisms and his gitar. We also sang together as Virginians, and once, with you and he, at a Nursing Home. I'd like to remember him singing, as I am sure he continues before the Lord. Bless you, always.

It was quite a shock. Bill had a great sense of humor, level head, and easy manner with a great smile. He was a good friend in many situations that we experienced together. Barbara and I want to extend our deepest sympathy to you and Bill, Jr.
Love to you,
John & Barbara McHugh, and daughter Heather White.

Dear Inge,
It was an HONOR to sing with Bill in the St. Michael's Choir. I always addressed him as "Aye, Capm", and it always made him smile;...and that's how I'll remember him best: his wit and his smile. What a wonderful legacy he leaves for us!
