MOISOFF, Rachel B, 73, of Chesterfield, went to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 21, 2008. She is survived by her sons, Walter M. Davis and his wife, Terrie, Paul A. Lloyd and Brodie E. Lloyd Jr.; brother, Neil Perkins; grandchildren, Morgan and Ashley Davis. Her funeral service was private. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions be made to the Hospice of Virginia, 7231 Forest Ave., Suite 100, Richmond, Va. 23226.
