Hey Patrick,
You definitely be missed by us physically; but, memories of you will never leave us. When Tony B. and I got a chance to visit you, it was shocking that you immediately recognized me in that dark room. We had a chance to chill and go back to the day when we were younger in Elkhardt and Wythe. Those times were filled of fun and joy. Well "PL" (a nickname from your inner circle during the Designer Jeans era, fun times at the Clubs, etc. and other adolesent moments we shared that will forever be with us) your Homegoing was awesome. A lot of nice things were said.
As we became Family Men we didn't get to see each other as much as we first did because of this responsibility and our careers.
However, when time did allowed and we crossed paths we were always excited to see each other. I still have the picture that me, you, Sherron, Tony and Tarah took at the AWB show earlier this year.
Well what I want say is Rest In Peace "PL"......and may The Creator bless your whole family.

Patrick and I coached little league football together at Reams Road Association. I saw him several weeks ago and we had a brief discussion on his son and how he was doing in college. My deepest sympathy and heart felt prayers go out to the Lewis family. I just found out of Patrick's passing about 1/2 hour ago. I can barely type this message because my fingers are trembling and my eyes are filled with tears. Fourth grade, Blackwell Elementary, thats how long I've known and considered Patrick a dear friend. From the moment I met him I could tell that he was a genuinely good person with the kindest of hearts.
Eventhough him and I lost contact with one another over the years, every now and then our paths would cross. In an instant our friendship bond would kick into overdrive and it felt as if we had never missed a day without seeing each other. Seeing him would always brighten my day. Patrick had that effect on people!
I will surely miss him.
