To the Dungee and Jacobs Family, sorry I was out of state at the time of Leon's passing. My heart and prayers go out to each of you. I've known Leon for many years and so sorry to hear he has left our presence but rejoice that he is now in the presence of the Lord. May God continue to bless you.

As children, Cousin Leon and I, along with our other siblings (Almeda, Hazel, Leonard (Butch), etc.), frolicked and grew up together, enjoyed each other, and enjoyed the family fun and family love that we will always cherish. We aged and grew older, and our paths and journeys went varying directions – Leon should have been a movie star. I will always remember Cousin Leon’s comforting family spirit and concern for our heath and well-being – a true Big Brother. Cousin Leon, is and always be, a Dungee Family Super Star. Our family condolences - The Samuel C. Merritt III/Bernice Dungee Merritt Family

To: Mrs. Alline Winfree and Family
My prayer for you this moment and during the coming days is found in Jeremiah 31:13 (NIV). And it reads, "I will turn their mourning into gladness; I will give them comfort and joy instead of sorrow."
May you find comfort in these words during your quiet moments.
