Victoria L. Overstreet

OVERSTREET, Victoria L., 60, of Midlothian, a devoted wife, mother and grand-mother, began her new journey October 1, 2008. She was born in Indianapolis, Ind. She was raised and began her family in Miami, Fla., before moving to Midlothian, Va., in 1981. She is survived by her husband of 40 years, R. Gary Overstreet; her son, Gregory Overstreet and his wife, Tory; her daughter, Kimberley Overstreet Towne and her husband, Scott; her brother, Fred Beck; her sister, Sue Shelby and her husband, George; three grandchildren, Cole and Christopher Overstreet and Kendall Towne; three nieces, Natalie, Lisa and Linda; three nephews, Georgie, John and Bob; and nine great-nieces and nephews. She retired from J.C. Penney after 19 years of service. Her family will receive friends 6 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Bliley's-Chippenham Chapel, 6900 Hull Street Rd., where a funeral service will be held at noon on Monday. Entomb-ment Greenwood Memorial Gardens.
