To the Holland family,
I am so sorry for the loss in your family. The thoughts of my family are with you during this difficult time. My hope is that as the years pass, you recount the many wonderful memories I am sure you have.
Sincerely,
Anthony E. Rumley & Family

A gentleman always sporting a smile is how I will remember Joe. I worked with him through Balzer & Assoc. helping him with his home construction and little issues he had through the process. Though he didn't agree with the bureaucracy he always maintained his cool. Joe always found the best in everyone and always came telling a humorous story. I know through our conversations he had a great love for his wife, his family and his friends. My thoughts and prayers are with your family during this time of great loss for I know he touched the life of many...
